I am a Senior Educational Technologist (Project Lead) at City, University of London. I manage the Learning Analytics Project at City which is exploring how Learning Analytics can be used to improve students’ educational experience.  I am also the Project Office Lead. The Project Office supports all project managers and their teams throughout their project lifecycle. This is done by providing governance, processeses, templates, training and guidance for all educational technology projects.

People come first!  If you support and care about colleagues then good work will follow. Collaborating closely with colleagues is also key as it enables people to exchange ideas and offer support to colleagues. And nothing is more rewarding than celebrating success with colleagues who have achieved a shared goal.

As a project manager, I like to get involved in a variety of educational technology projects to improve the students' university experience.  I also strive to improve, update and streamline project management practices.  Ultimately, I aim to get involved in ground breaking work that will set standards in education.
